The deposit paid for the rented rechargeable battery will be refunded when the order is completed and the rechargeable battery deposit is returned. It needs to be refunded manually

Tthe steps are as follows:

1、Find the public number of Shared Chargers on top of WeChat, and then pay attention to it.

  1. Go to the main interface of Shared Chargers and click [User Center] at the bottom right corner.
  2. In the pop-up options, select [User Center Withdrawal].
  3. After selecting [User Center Cash], the page will show your deposit balance, click [Withdraw].
  4. if it is the first time to withdraw, the page will prompt the first binding cell phone number, click [OK
  5. click [OK], enter your cell phone number, verification code, click [OK] again:
  6. After binding their cell phone number, on the successful withdrawal, wait 0-5 working days, the deposit will be returned to the original wallet.
