1.Small thickness, can be made thinner

The internal resistance of the polymer cell is smaller than that of the general liquid cell. At present, the internal resistance of the domestic polymer cell can even be below 35mΩ. Which greatly reduces the self-charging power of the battery and extends the standby time of the mobile phone.

5.The shape can be customized
Manufacturers are not limite to the standard shape and can economically fit it to the right size. The polymer battery can increase or decrease the thickness of the cell according to customers’ needs, and new cell models can be develope. The price is cheap and the mold opening cycle is short. Some can even be customize according to the shape of the mobile phone, so as to make full use of the battery shell space and improve the battery capacity.
6. Good discharge characteristics
Polymer batteries use colloidal electrolytes, which have smooth discharge characteristics and a higher discharge platform than liquid electrolytes.
7. The protection plate design is simple
Due to the use of polymer material, the cell does not fire, does not explode. The cell itself has enough security, so the protection circuit design of polymer battery can be considere to omit PTC and fuse, so as to save the battery cost
